Evening Pond Dipping
Do you have fond memories of lazy childhood days pond dipping? The excitement of scooping up pond life in a net and looking at it under a microscope can be yours once again. We are offering adults the chance to relive this experience on a lovely summers evening at Nower Wood.
Imagine taking your time collecting pond species in one of the many wetland areas on this reserve. You will then take them into our classroom where two of our Education Officers will guide you through the identification process while viewing them under a video microscope.
