Willow Platters & Bowls

Spend a few hours learning new skills with sustainably grown UK willow. This workshop is great for crafty folk. We will start with tension trays or ‘platters’ used to present bread, cheese or baked goods. You will then create another with added curve to use as a fruit  or egg bowl. There will be enough material  to make two of each.

All materials will be provided.

No previous skills necessary, although some manual dexterity and patience will be needed. Bring sharp secateurs if you have them and wear old trousers. If you have a recent injury, suffer from RSI, carpal tunnel syndrome or arthritis please check with the tutor first. (Max 10)

* If you book both the the morning Willow Platters & Bowls course and the afternoon Crafting with English Rush course, you will receive a £10 voucher that can be used when booking any future Adult Learning course. *
