Willow Weaving – Flowers

Willow can be converted into a variety of beautiful and useful items. In this half day course, you will take at least one willow flower home with you to decorate your garden or home.

You will learn special techniques to both make these decorative flowers as well as to prepare for more complicated basketry.  It is highly recommended that in order to take the Round Basket weaving course in August -that this course be taken first.  It is important to learn the weaving method used in the centre of this flower as it will be the base of your future basket.

However, if you are simply looking for an enjoyable and light-hearted morning of willow craft, this course is for you.

Your tutor – Louise Arthur – is an expert in the field of basket making. View her facebook page for more information.
