Winter Yoga Retreat
Many of us approach the New Year with resolutions for the coming 12 months. This retreat will help you to focus on achieving them.
Setting your Sankalpa for 2020
Sankalpa, is a beautiful Sanskrit word often translated as “intention.”
Sankalpa practice starts from the radical premise that you already are who you need to be to fulfil your life’s dharma (purpose). All you need to do is focus your mind, connect to your most heartfelt desires, and channel the divine energy within.
When the unconscious mind is operating from the belief that we are deficient or require external intervention to reach happiness, we lack energy to maintain our intentions. We can lose our ability to persevere because our motivation arises from a place of “not having enough”.
Join Isabel for a day of asana, pranayama, meditation and guided relaxation. There will be an opportunity for a winter walk in the beautiful ancient woodland of Nower Wood.
Come to set your Sankalpa for 2020.
SWT members and students of Isabel’s classes receive the discounted rate.
