Woodlands of Surrey

Discover why Surrey is the most densely wooded county in the UK. You will enjoy a short classroom session discussing the ecology of woodland before going on a guided walk around the Nower Wood Educational Nature Reserve with our expert tutor, Paul Ritchie.  Learn why this wood is a four dimensional living system that is a haven for wildlife.

This is part 2 of the Habitats of Surrey – Summer Series. Throughout these 5 weeks, we will investigate how Surrey has evolved into a richly diverse cluster of habitats. Each course can be booked individually.  However, join us for all five morning sessions and receive a £20 voucher that can be used when purchasing any future Adult Learning course (Ts & Cs apply).
