Assistant Campaigner

Our vision is a UK rich in native woods and trees for people and wildlife. The Trust aims to engage and inspire people about woods and trees to help us meet our vision of creating, restoring and protecting woodland.  Ancient Woodland and Tree campaigning is one of the highest profile areas of the Woodland Trust’s work.  Public passion runs high, so we work hard uniting and enabling people to make a real difference for woods and trees.

The purpose of this role is to support the team in managing the flow of case work and campaigns as well as being the first port of call for all public enquiries into the team, giving sound advice they can act upon. The Assistant campaigner will manage internal communications, data management and customer service.

The Successful Assistant Campaigner will have a real passion for the environment and especially trees. You will be organised, be detailed orientated and customer focused. Experience in either a similar role or a relevant qualification would be highly desirable.
