Buildings & Maintenance Assistant
The Trust is now looking for a Buildings and Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at Brockholes Nature Reserve as part of the Maintenance Team.
The team are responsible for maintenance, repair and refurbishment at Brockholes and 2 other sites across the North West; The Barn (LWT Head Office) and the Environmental Resource Centre in Bolton. The three sites vary in complexity from simple office spaces, to a state-of-the-art floating visitor centre, each with their own systems. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor this role needs someone who has experience of general maintenance of building and facilities. It requires someone who can work with a variety of staff, suppliers and volunteers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a varied role, who has a wide range of practical skills and knowledge.
