Executive Support Assistant
The Lancashire Wildlife Trust currently has a vacancy for an Executive Support Assistant at its Head Office in Bamber Bridge, Preston.
An outstanding Assistant is required to join the team in the office and support the Chief Executive Officer’s busy business life. You should have a calm and professional manner, with previous experience of providing administration and assistant support to senior positions. You should be proactive and be able to use initiative in your approach to supporting the Executive & Governance Officer and in carrying out all other administrative duties.
You will be expected to liaise with other members of the Senior Management Team, will be responsible for handling both internal and external communications and will possess the IT skills to do this effectively and efficiently.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for visitors to the building and will perform a professional and friendly customer service role on a daily basis, working across the Trust. Excellent oral and written communication skills will be essential as you will undertake the servicing of meetings, diary management and office administration.
You will have exceptional organisational, prioritisation and communication skills and as this is a busy role, you must have proven experience in managing multiple tasks at any single time.
