Head of Field Programmes

An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead the global development, implementation and management of Durrell’s mission through its Field Programmes with the primary goal of enabling the delivery of Durrell’s headline conservation goals set out in the organisation’s 2017-2025 ‘Rewild our World’ Conservation Strategy.

Durrell is a small but diverse organisation, with approximately 160 people working across the world. We collaborate with over 50 different institutions from universities, NGOs, government agencies to the local communities who are so important to delivering our work on the ground.

Our field staff operates 50 projects in 18 countries around the world. We focus on islands, where unique species are under immense pressure, and on animal groups suffering the worst declines.
