Husbandry Interns x2

The National Marine Aquarium was the first aquarium in the United Kingdom solely set up for the purpose of education, conservation and research. Our mission is to inspire all of our visitors to enjoy, learn and care about the oceans and we need your help to do that!

We currently have two positions available for our next internship which starts Monday 29th May 2017 and runs until Friday 25th August 2017. As a husbandry intern you will be involved in the running of the aquarium’s displays and back of house facilities and their maintenance. Your main aim will be to provide support and assistance for the biologists and their day to day duties.

Internship programs are full time positions (37.5 hours per week) that run for 3 months and will also include rota’d weekend work. These positions are unpaid.
