Membership Officer

We are recruiting for a Membership Officer – CRM Database, to join our marketing team for a 12 month period to cover maternity leave.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service and project management skills. You will be the first line of contact for all membership matters, treating our members with great care and attention. You will be responsible for carrying out administrative and financial tasks related to membership through the CRM and updating the system on a day-to-day basis. You will ensure that data is stored consistently and be responsible for its integrity. You will support the wider marketing team with member engagement, supporter development, fundraising, communications and testing and tracking a variety of digital journeys. The post holder will also be required to interpret supporter data to inform the membership strategy and activities through regular reporting.
