We are looking for two outstanding individuals to lead on the delivery of a range of programmes that will see the creation of new woodlands, wetlands and grasslands across the county.
You will be a confident and motivated project manager and excellent communicator, able to enthuse colleagues. You will be experienced in managing a programme of multiple projects on time and to budget, and expert in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Key priorities for the post holder:
- Lead, manage and co-ordinate, the development, delivery and monitoring of a range of projects in order to maximise their effectiveness and ensure that objectives and targets set within the funding agreements are met.
- Maintain existing and develop new partnerships with key stakeholders to support habitat and species recovery across Cheshire.
- Manage and monitor the overall financial budget of a range of projects ensuring that actual expenditure of projects within the programme are in line with grant allocations.
- Coordinate and motivate colleagues to achieve programme success by focussing on a common goal
