WDC is the leading global charity dedicated to the conservation and protection of whales and dolphins. We aim for a world where every whale and dolphin is safe and free.
WDC is looking for an enthusiastic Information Officer who will enthuse members of the public at Chanonry Point on the Black Isle about the iconic bottlenose dolphins of the Moray Firth. You will talk about WDC’s work, promote campaigns and inspire members of the public to join the WDC Adopt a Dolphin Programme. You will deliver interpretation about the bottlenose dolphins, seals and other wildlife of the Moray Firth, undertake land based dolphin watches, attend events and visit local schools. Training for these activities will be provided and some home working will be required.
This is a seasonal role running from June to September, working 5 in 7 days and you will be expected to work weekends.
You will be supported by the WDC Scottish Dolphin Centre team at Spey Bay.
