Building on a solid business foundation, with a good forward order book and excellent client base, we are looking for a highly capable and motivated Land Team Contract Manager to develop and lead our Land Management Services to the next level. Reporting to the Wildscapes Consultancy Manager, we are seeking an entrepreneurial team leader with a good track record in winning land management contracts and delivering them to a high standard.
The role involves line managing our Wildscapes Land Team who work out on site, often in remote locations across South Yorkshire and the Peak District. Day to day work will include quoting and tendering for new work, contract & team management, scheduling supplies, quality control and health & safety procedures. Engaging and communicating with clients and seeking out new contract work is an essential part of the role.
We are looking for someone with a relevant qualification and at least 3 years’ experience in practical land management contract delivery, ideally in a commercial environment. A track record in developing and maintaining excellent client relationships across a range of organisations and sectors is also essential.
