Admin support – Talking trees

The Woodland Trust is one of the UK’s leading conservation charities.  We have over 500,000 members and supporters and more than 1,000 sites all over the UK. We believe life’s better with trees. We protect and campaign on behalf of the UK’s woods, plant more trees, and restore ancient woodland, for the benefit of wildlife and people.

This volunteer role will support the Talking Trees Network Manager and Administrator with tasks that help resource our volunteer speakers who are actively engaging audiences and raising awareness of the Woodland Trust’s work; connecting people with woods and trees, and ensure they are getting the support they need.

This role will ideally suit someone who is organised, likes working with people, and enjoys responsibility and multi-tasking.

The purpose of this role is to support the coordination of resources and logistics to enable our Talking Trees Volunteer Speakers to engage and inspire local communities and people about our aims, enabling – A UK Rich in Native Woods and Trees for People and Wildlife.
