Conservation Volunteer

The Snowdonia Ecosystem Project carries out regular practical conservation volunteer workdays to help enhance and maintain the natural beauty of the National Park. From toads and trees to footpaths and fungi our project is an ideal way of getting directly involved in the conservation and management of Snowdonia National Park, whilst having fun and meeting new (and familiar) faces.

You can volunteer as an individual or with a group, every workday, once a month or just once a year.

You could help with:

  • clearing invasive species
  • footpath maintenance
  • habitat management
  • litter clearing
  • mammal surveying

If you prefer ongoing work at one location, at Tŷ Hyll we offer:

  • wildlife gardening
  • woodland management
  • pond maintenance
  • footpath work
  • welcome visitors to our open days.
