Wildlife Trainee (Education) Windsor Great Park
We are on the look-out for an enthusiastic Wildlife Trainee (Education) to help run our environmental centre in Windsor Great Park. You will assist with school group activities, wildlife clubs (Rangers), the parent and toddler group (Nature Tots) and events for families. There may also be the opportunity to assist in the planning and delivery of these group visits and developing educational resources and facilities.
The Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust is a membership-based voluntary organisation, managing over 80 nature reserves, influencing land management, educating and encouraging all sectors of the community to care for local wildlife.
This role, based at Windsor Great Park Environment Centre, offers a great opportunity for you to develop your skills in the environmental education field, build experience working with children in an outdoor setting and help to inspire the next generation on this very special site.
Hours: 2 – 3 days per week; to start March 2020. A commitment of 6 -12 months is required.
