Woodland Engagement Lead Volunteer – Hackfall – Grewelthorpe, Ripon, North Yorkshire

We are looking for a Woodland Engagement Lead Volunteer to support and coordinate a number of our woodland engagement volunteers, whose role involves raising awareness of the Woodland Trust and local sites and welcoming visitors to site, at events and on peak visitor days.  This role involves liaising with woodland engagement volunteers to coordinate a rota of activity and organise resources and equipment to support this.

The ancient woodland of Hackfall has been restored to its former glory and boasts original features such as grottos and glades, rustic temples and waterfalls, as well as carpets of bluebells in spring and an impressive number of woodland birds.
