There are several ways to get involved with with Conservation (in the UK or elsewhere):

We have plenty of opportunities to plant either roadside “Bee Roads” or keep bee hives on the farms, all it takes is a little initiative and commitment.
In short, if you are looking for a career in conservation, volunteering is not optional but an absolute necessity — though with the range of potentially life-changing opportunities out there, that need not be a depressing thought.
While the two week trip did cost me a chunk of my savings, it was most certainly the best savings spent. In fact, I loved the work so much that I decided to stay on for an extra two months!
