Conservation Volunteer – North East

Title: Conservation Volunteer – North East

Status: Flexible, up to 4 full days per week

Location: North East Scotland

Closing date: No closing date.  We will recruit as volunteers apply

We have a new Reserves Project Officer to manage our reserves in North East Scotland and we are looking for volunteers to help us undertake practical reserve management work.

Tasks will be varied and could include footpath repair, tree felling, control of non native invasive species, cutting & raking wildflower meadows.

What we are looking for:

  • availability over a period of time
  • willing to undertake physical tasks sometimes at remote sites in poor weather
  • interest in the environment and/or previous practical experience
